Overview of the Analytics Dashboard
The Analytics Dashboard in BlueDocs gives you a real-time view of how your team is engaging with documents, completing training, and acknowledging policies. It’s designed to provide actionable insights into onboarding, compliance, and document usage across your organization.
📍 You can access the dashboard by clicking Dashboard in the left-hand sidebar.
The dashboard contains a mix of key metric cards and visual panels. These provide at-a-glance insights into platform usage and team progress.
Each card includes comparison data from the previous month to highlight trends.
Shows how new hires are progressing through their assigned training and documents.
Completion Rate: % of users who finished their onboarding assignments.
Status Breakdown: In Progress, Not Started, Overdue.
Bar Chart: Tracks individual user progress for quick insight into who may need follow-up.
Displays how many users have acknowledged the latest assigned policy.
Includes department breakdowns (customizable per organization).
Uses a gauge graphic to show total acknowledgment percentage.
Status categories: Pending, Acknowledged, and segmented by team (e.g., Sales, Ops, IT).
🛠 Note: Department labels and categories shown here are just examples — every BlueDocs workspace can define its own structure.
A timeline chart showing how many users have been active over the past 7 days.
Highlights document views by department or topic.
Lists most-viewed documents and their corresponding team.
Useful for spotting activity spikes, trends, and overlooked content.
Visual radar chart representing training or documentation coverage by team.
Each axis represents a team or department.
Helps identify weak spots in team training or knowledge coverage.
Teams with low coverage will be flagged (e.g., “Needs attention: Finance team”).
📌 As with all labels, these team names are configurable by your organization.
Upcoming features will include:
Exportable reports by document, user, or team
Scheduled email reports
Deeper segmentation and historical trend comparisons
Review the dashboard weekly during team or department check-ins.
Use the Policy Acknowledgement panel to nudge overdue users.
Identify underused SOPs or training modules via the Engagement Overview.
Use the Skill Radar to plan refresher sessions or training assignments.
If something doesn’t look right:
Double-check user assignments and permissions
Make sure documents and training modules are published
Confirm team structures are set up correctly under user management
